Global Alcohol Database The World Health Organization has built a database that provides information on global alcohol use, alcohol related problems and alcohol policies. The database also includes trends in alcohol use and related mortality plus information on alcohol production, trade, and health effects, as well as on national alcohol control measures and policies.
International Center for Alcohol Policies (ICAP) Helps reduce the abuse of alcohol worldwide and promotes understanding of the role of alcohol in society.
The Research Society on Alcoholism (RSA) The RSA serves as a meeting ground for scientists in the broad areas of alcoholism and alcohol-related problems. The Society promotes research and the acquisition and dissemination of scientific knowledge.
World Health Organization (WHO). Regional Office for Europe World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe work closely with the countries of central and eastern Europe (CCEE) and the newly independent states to provide leadership and develop a strategic direction for action on alcohol and drugs.
