Australian Hotels Association (NSW) The AHA (NSW) aims to be the leading hotel and hospitality industry association providing leadership and a responsible approach in representing the interests of members and other stakeholders to the Government and community. The AHA (NSW) aims to provide cost effective support to the industry in promoting professional and ethical business standards and management practice and in developing industry market opportunities.
ClubsNSW ClubsNSW is a peak industry body that represents NSW registered clubs.
Distilled Spirits Industry Council of Australia Inc (DSICA) DAICA is the peak national organisation representing and advancing the interests of manufacturers and importers of distilled spirits and liqueurs in Australia.
Spirit-ed (June 2004) is the DSICA newsletter and can be downloaded from their website.
Liquor Merchants Association of Australia LMA is an Association for suppliers of alcohol beverages in Australia and is also a liquor industry supplier of information.
Liquor Stores Association (LSA) LSA represents all off-licence retail liquor merchants in New South Wales whether it be the independent retailer, the small general store or the chain store.
Restaurant and Catering NSW (R&C NSW) R&C NSW is the largest Association covering the hospitality industry, is a non-profit employer Association that serves and represents over 2300 members of the restaurant and catering industry throughout NSW and ACT.
