Hunter Centre for Health Advancement: Reducing alcohol-related harm and improving community safety: the Linking Project This program is aimed at reducing the levels of alcohol-related harm and improving community safety through improved police enforcement of licensed premises. The current trial aims to build the capacity of police and to integrate the enhanced intelligence and enforcement strategies into routine policing practice.
